We have recently discovered an error in some of the product images displayed for the "Team Jersey Design T-shirt" sold on our online shop.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused our customers.

■ Content of the incorrect display

There was the following discrepancy between the previously displayed image and the actual product specifications:

• 【Incorrect】 (Previous image): Design with "Saishunkan Pharmaceutical" company name printed on the back of the T-shirt

• 【Correct】 (Actual product / Current image): No company name printed on the back of the T-shirt.

※The correct product image (without back print) has now been replaced. We will deliver the product with the specifications currently displayed on the website (without back print).

■ To customers who have already purchased the product

We have sent individual emails to the affected customers regarding this matter. If you have any questions or requests regarding the specifications of the product you received, please reply directly to the 안내 mail we sent you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

　Set Contents　

If you select gift wrapping, the following three items will be included in the set:

・Gift Bag (non-woven drawstring bag)
A soft non-woven drawstring bag. We will select the optimal size based on the product size and quantity.

・Original Paper Tag
A stylish tag with the brand logo will be attached to the ribbon.

・Choice of Message Card
You can choose one card suitable for the occasion. The card is business card size (91mm x 55mm)
(Types: Happy Birthday / Thank you)
*We do not offer a message printing service. You will receive a card with a fixed design.
*If you do not need a card, please proceed to checkout without selecting one.

　Order Flow　

1. Select Products
Add desired products to your cart.

2. Set Gift Options
On the cart screen, check "Request Gift Shipping" and select your desired card type (or no card).

3. Enter Delivery Address
If the recipient is different from the orderer, please enter the correct delivery address.

4. Fill in the Remarks Field (optional)
If you have requests such as "I want all multiple items wrapped together," please write them in the remarks field.

　When combining multiple items　

・Basic Rule: Due to system limitations, gift wrapping is designated for each individual item.

・If you wish to combine items: Designate gift wrapping for only one item, and enter "Please wrap all ordered items together" in the remarks field.

・If you wish to wrap items individually: Designate gift wrapping for all items that require it.

*If items do not fit into a single bag due to size or quantity, we will contact you by email.

　About Delivery Slips and Price Display　

Delivery within Japan

・For gift deliveries, delivery slips showing prices will not be included.

・If you would like a delivery slip to be mailed separately to the orderer, or included with the package, please specify in the remarks field.

International Shipping

・Important: For customs procedures, it is legally required to state the "official product name and price" on the shipping invoice.

・Please note that the price will be displayed on the outside of the package, so the recipient will be aware of the amount.

・If customs duties are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (the person receiving the gift).

・Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges of gift wrapping materials themselves.

・Wrinkles during shipping: Due to transportation conditions, some wrinkles may occur on the gift bag.

・Size limitations: Gift wrapping may be refused for extremely large or unusually shaped items.

・Materials only not available: Gift bags or cards cannot be sold or shipped separately.
