Please find below the information regarding our shipping schedule and customer service availability during the Silver Week holiday period (September 19th to September 23rd).

■ Shipping Schedule and Customer Service

With the exception of the Silver Week period (9/19–9/23), we will be shipping and operating according to our regular schedule as outlined in the User Guide.

  • Shipping and Customer Service Holidays: Saturday, September 19th – Wednesday, September 23rd (Public Holiday)

* Orders and inquiries received during the holiday period will be handled sequentially starting from the next business day after the holidays.

■ Regarding Potential Delivery Delays

Please be aware that deliveries may be delayed due to traffic congestion before and after the holidays and an increase in package volume handled by shipping carriers. We kindly ask that you place your orders with sufficient time to spare.
